The free trial includes full access to the Starter plan features, such as 500 GB of cloud storage, unlimited user accounts, web and mobile access to imaging data, and an integrated DICOM Viewer. It’s a risk-free way to explore our platform before making a commitment.
Can I upgrade or downgrade my plan later?
Yes, you can easily upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time by contacting us at sales@medicai.org or via our Live Chat functionality.
Do I need a credit card to start the free trial?
No, a credit card is not required to activate the free trial.
How does annual billing work?
Annual billing saves you 20% compared to monthly billing. You’ll pay the full annual amount upfront and receive discounted pricing for the year.
Do you also charge per study?
We also offer per-study pricing, for our enterprise customers. Please contact us at sales@medicai.org.
Are there any setup fees?
We charge a one-time setup fee of $1,000 per location if you want us to order and deploy the DICOM Node in your on-prem infrastructure. You can also manage the deployment with your IT Team and we provide support.
What happens if I exceed my data transfer limit?
Additional charges will apply based on usage if you exceed your monthly data transfer limit. Contact our support team for more details.
Can I get a refund if I cancel early?
Refunds are not available for partial periods on annual or monthly plans. However, you can continue using the service until the end of the billing cycle. A 14-day free trial is available for all features to help you make an informed decision.
What is included in the Enterprise plan?
The Enterprise plan offers custom storage options, integrations like HL7/FHIR, and advanced features like imaging APIs and tailored workflows. Contact our team for a demo and a personalized quote.
