Follow the steps and fill in your information on the form. Don’t forget to enter your doctor’s or clinic’s recipient email.

Browse for your files on your computer, CD or external USB device. Select the FOLDER with the files you want to send. It’s important to select the entire folder containing your DCM files or the folder containing subfolders with DCM files. You cannot upload individual separate DCM files.

You can upload other types of documents like reports, prescriptions, but also pictures or videos.

That’s it. Your files have been sent to your doctor. You can check for a confirmation email in your inbox. If you need later access to these files, you can create a FREE account, following the on-page next steps or the button in your confirmation email.
