Review Highlights:
I had a positive experience at the hospital, particularly impressed with the kind and compassionate nursing staff who truly made my stay more comfortable. The amenities available, such as a beautiful waiting room with lounge chairs and snack machines, enhanced my experience during my visit. The clean bathrooms and spacious parking, including handicap access, were also commendable.
While my initial visit was due to health challenges, I found the staff friendly and willing to assist, making my unexpected five-day stay much easier to manage. The SICU nurses provided excellent care to my family, and the pacu nurse was particularly outstanding. It's great to know that every part of the hospital was designed with patient comfort and convenience in mind, reinforcing a sense of support during recovery.
Though I noticed some aspects that could improve, such as the cleanliness in certain areas, the overall experience showcased a dedicated and caring team. I appreciate the effort made by the radiology department and imaging units in providing vital medical assessments during my time there. I would recommend this hospital for their outpatient and inpatient care options, as well as their understanding approach to diverse patient needs.
