Dr. Tiberiu Daia

Dr. Tiberiu Daia is a specialist in Obstetrics - Gynecology, PhD candidate in medical sciences, he provides consultations, in both public and private medical settings, on a wide range of gynecological pathologies, both benign and malignant, including breast pathology. Dr. Tiberiu Daia completed his residency at the Filantropia Clinical Hospital in Bucharest, where he is currently working, performing a variety of surgeries: minimally invasive (hysteroscopic, laparoscopic), vaginal approach (genital prolapse, urinary incontinence, vulvar cancer), open abdominal approach (advanced malignancies), but also breast surgery (guided biopsies, tumor excision, mastectomy, sentinel node excision, lymphadenectomy).

His special interest in the treatment of gynaecological cancers led him to undertake a super-specialty training course in gynaecological oncological surgery at the Royal London Hospital in London, thus bringing these pathologies up to European standards. He has also completed further training courses in gynaecological laparoscopic surgery, hysteroscopy, and gynaecological ultrasound.
